Terms of Use

Vowella uses AI to create wedding dress images and short videos from the photo you upload, and offers features such as studio edits, the AI Designer, the style advisor and the Bridal Council.

Results are illustrative images generated by AI. They may not exactly reflect how a real gown fits, its size, colour or fabric. The looks in the catalogue are also AI-generated and are not products for sale.

You must be at least 18 to use Vowella. The app is licensed under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple EULA), and these terms apply alongside it.

You may only upload photos of yourself. The following are prohibited:

• Uploading someone else’s photo without their permission, or impersonating anyone;
• Photos of anyone under 18;
• Nudity, sexual content, violence, hate speech or illegal content;
• Using generated images to mislead, harass or harm the reputation of anyone;
• Commercial use of images you don’t hold the rights to;
• Reverse engineering the service, using it with automated tools or trying to bypass its limits.

Uploads go through automated safety checks. Content that breaks these rules is rejected, and we may restrict access for repeated violations.

You keep the rights to your photos. You only allow us to process them for as long as needed to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You may use and share the results you create for personal, non-commercial purposes. The Vowella name, logo, design, catalogue images and software belong to Selcora Mobile.

• Creations such as try-ons, studio edits, pose variations, videos and designs use credits. The cost of each action is shown in the app before you start it.
• If a creation fails for technical reasons, the credits are refunded automatically.
• Once per device, you can make your first try-on without using credits. That result arrives locked and requires a purchase to view. A locked result is kept for at most 24 hours and then deleted.
• Credits bought in credit packs don’t expire. Credits included with a subscription expire at the end of each period and don’t roll over.
• Credits have no cash value and can’t be transferred or exchanged for money. As there are no accounts, credits are tied to the identifier the app creates on your device.
• Credits earned by watching rewarded ads are subject to a daily limit.

• Vowella Atelier is offered as weekly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions. The current price, length and credits per period are shown in the app before purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• A subscription renews automatically at the same length and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel your subscription on your iPhone in Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion ends when you purchase a subscription.
• Apple processes all payments; refund requests are handled under Apple’s policies at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Anyone with the link to a council you create can see the images, vote and comment. You are responsible for whom you share the link with. Voters and commenters must also follow these terms; we may remove inappropriate comments. Councils are permanently deleted after at most 7 days.

We provide the service with care but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI output can be unexpected. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for results differing from a real product.

Your mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

We may update these terms as the service changes and will announce significant changes in the app or on this page. You can stop using the service at any time by deleting the app. We may end your access if you seriously breach these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For consumer matters, consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts have jurisdiction. If you live in another country, the mandatory rights its laws give consumers are not affected.
